Don't know what any other graduates are doing but I've tried to keep active especially since the weather's getting warmer! This Heatwave is a rap artist that my step-son is producing. I set up the flourescent light studio like Marc did in our model shoot, then post processed the hell out of it.

Works pretty dang well, IMHO. I especially like that the DOF is so shallow that his ears are soft. I'd say that it's a good shot. Album cover, perhaps? ;-)

Hi Frank, how's it going? Yeah, he's looking for some promo shots and a CD cover. I sent him a selection of the same photo processed in different ways so he could see some of the possibilites.

Glad to see your keeping up good habits. I agree with Frank in that it could definitely be a good cover shot.
I am just about to start inviting my new intermediate classes to join this blog, so expect some new fresh postings!
I'd love to catch up with you guys though soon...let's see if we can organize an 'alumni' get-together. Have some wine, cheese, look at photos....sound good?
